Registration Fees and Deadline

* Please contact the secretariat: anxas2011@spring8.or.jp, if student hopes for the support of traveling expenses and the discount of the registration fee.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancel requests must be submitted by Jan. 31, 2011 (Mon).
• No refund for cancellation after Feb. 1, 2011 (Tue).

Payment of Registration Fees

For Overseas Participants

Participants from outside Japan are requested to pay the Registration Fee by Credit Card.

By Credit Card

Visa, Master, AMEX and JCB credit cards are accepted.
Please complete the Credit Card Information Sheet, and send it to AnXAS-2011 Secretariat via FAX: +(81)-791-58-0311 or e-mail a pdf image file to anxas2011@spring8.or.jp.

By Bank Transfer

An additional cost is required for an International Bank Transfer as a Bank Handling Charge. Bank account details will be sent to you by e-mail after completion of On-line registration.

For Domestic Participants (JAPANESE)

国内からの参加者については，カード会社に支払われる相当額の手数料と，セキュリティに関する問題を考慮して， 銀行口座送金による支払いをお願いします。趣旨を御理解の上御協力いただければ幸いです。
